Welcome to the services provided by Xuwen Tiantian Technology (hereinafter "the Company"). Using this website and the Company's services means you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Content
The Company provides digital services such as website development, e-commerce development, mini-program development and SEO optimization. Specific service content and standards are subject to the contract signed by both parties.
2. User Responsibilities
- Provide true and accurate project requirement information
- Pay service fees on time
- Not use the Company's services for illegal activities
- Safeguard website backend accounts and passwords
3. Intellectual Property
- Upon project completion and full payment, the intellectual property of the website source code and design drafts belongs to the client
- The Company reserves the right to showcase the project (as a case study) in its own promotional materials
- The copyright of third-party plugins and open-source components belongs to the original authors
4. Service Fees
- Service fees are subject to the contract signed by both parties
- If the client changes requirements midway, causing increased workload, fees will be negotiated separately
- The Company reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments
5. After-sales Maintenance
- 365 days of free bug fixes after launch
- Ongoing maintenance can be per-incident or via an annual maintenance contract
- Issues caused by the client's own code modifications are not covered by free maintenance
6. Disclaimer
- Service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, policy changes, etc.)
- Problems caused by third-party services (servers, domains, etc.) failures
- Legal liabilities arising from the client's use of the website for illegal activities
7. Dispute Resolution
The interpretation of these terms and dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, both parties shall resolve them through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the case shall be submitted to the people's court in the Company's location.
